As I stepped into the welcoming atmosphere of Taqueria Dos Charros, the aroma of sizzling meats and fresh ingredients enveloped me, offering a glimpse into the culinary delights that awaited. The menu is a tantalizing fusion of traditional flavors and innovative twists, with a diverse selection of tacos, burritos, and breakfast options. Among the standout dishes, the California Burrito has gained a cult following for its indulgent addition of waffle fries—a satisfying twist on the classic. As customer Wesley L. attests, it’s a meal that’s “definitely filling,” capable of satisfying even the heartiest appetites. Another crowd favorite is the 3 Taco Combo, a fantastic way to sample their delicious proteins, from carne asada to lengua, all elegantly garnished with cilantro, delicious salsas, and fresh onions.

The burrito selection is equally impressive, with the Super Burrito laden with a choice of meats, accompanied by Mexican rice, whole beans, and guacamole. Each bite is a celebration of flavor that pays homage to its Mexican roots. I was particularly impressed by the Vegetarian Burrito, a colorful medley of fresh vegetables and hearty beans, wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.

For breakfast enthusiasts, the Chilaquiles with carne asada served alongside eggs is a delightful way to start the day. Complemented by rich salsa, this dish reflects the chef’s commitment to authentic flavors and quality ingredients. Customers like Brittany K. rave about the breakfast burrito, emphasizing the delightful crunch of crispy tortilla chips that accompany the meal, a perfect combo with the three savory salsas offered on the side.

California Burrito with Al Pastor- a very filling burrito with waffle fries inside. Definitely could make a second meal out of this but I ate it all in one sitting which was very filling We ate inside and were given chips with our meal. Pour your own salsa on the side and cups for water available. Easy parking in the plaza area.

Just had a lengua and buche super quesadilla it was so good! The amount of meat they put inside is worth the price. The only thing is the guacamole, sour cream, and salsa were all together in the Togo container with the quesadilla so stuff spilled every where. The menudo I ordered was also good. Would definitely order from here again. Folks were efficient and friendly. Store was clean but didn't stay long.

Super steak quesadilla was so good. I was a little disappointed in the sides. They were so small. The guacamole did not have any flavor and was not worth it. I will definitely come back and try other things. Chips and salsa - $3.49. Guacamole- $2.29 Super steak quesadilla- $18.48
